Request account deletion

Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your Nomi account and everything linked to it. Enter the phone number and email address you used with the app so we can find the right account.

Anything that helps us find your account or understand your request. If you only want some data removed rather than the whole account, say so here.

By submitting, you confirm you are the account holder and understand that deletion is permanent. Meltdown logs, check-ins, voice notes, schedules and child profiles cannot be recovered once removed.

What happens next

  1. We match the details you’ve given against our records.
  2. We may email you to verify you own the account — we will never delete data on an unverified request.
  3. Your account, child profiles, logs, check-ins, voice notes, schedules and all other personal data are permanently deleted from our systems and backups within 30 days.
  4. You receive a confirmation email when it’s done.

Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example transaction records for subscriptions. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and for how long.
